Shipping Policy

Where We Ship From

Your order is shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in Spain. As part of our dropshipping model, we do not hold stock ourselves — your order goes straight from the warehouse to your door.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is within one week from dispatch, using standard courier shipping (UPS Standard or equivalent). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Other EU countries	299 SEK (flat rate, VAT included)

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply, as goods move freely within the EU single market.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hej@fantisera.shop with your order number, and we will help investigate with the courier.
