Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may also use the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to the address above. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded.

Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them, unless the item is defective or not as described.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate/personal care products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the original packaging has been opened, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement.
